BenJac Promotions P/L new cutting edge, Direct-To-Garment (D-T-G) print technology offers a perfect blend of a cost effective, on demand unlimited full colour with brilliant vivid detailed high-resolution (720dpi) photographic prints on finished garments with no set up costs.

The D-T-G print process delivers photographic quality coloured prints on fabric that compares with the coloured prints direct from a quality colour printer onto paper including shading and fadeout. Print image size maximum 530 x 300mm.

You create your designs/logo/text using graphics software, (or we can do it for you) and we print the designs/logo/text using the DTG process. The image prints into the garment instead of onto the garment which leaves the garment with a soft touch and excellent iron/washability for small to large runs. We can print on light/medium coloured 100% cotton & polyester/cotton blend t-shirts, polo shirt, towels, bags and many other fabric items. White/multi coloured print on dark coloured fabrics will be available by December this year.

D-T-G PRINT PROCESS IS NOT: screen print, wax print or sublimation fabric heat print process which sits on the fabric and is prone to image/print cracking. Nor is it a heat transfer plastisol print process which does provide full colour but has a rubbery non iron finish.

WOW! Compare our D-T-G print to screen print costs: With Screen print you have a setup fee of $25.00 per colour applied to your garment and then a print cost depending on the quantity of garments of between $1.50 and $3.50 per shirt. Screen Print also has its limitations on fade out colours and photographic printing. For a 15 garment run of 4 colours your setup cost = $100 + print only cost @ $2.50 per colour per garment = $250 ($16.66 per shirt total print and setup cost). All prices are excluding gst.
