ARTWORK REQUIREMENT

For the best quality, speed and efficiency in pad printing, screen-printing, embroidery or etching, please provide your artwork on a CD or via e-mail to info@benjac.com.au

We accept Corel Draw (v9.0 or less), TIFF or GIF files are all acceptable providing they are 300 dpi Black & White, NO GREYSCALE. Please change all Fonts to Curves or include font with artwork.
Artwork Costs
An initial artwork fee is charged for all 1st time jobs. All repeat jobs are free of artwork charges.
Important Note

Facsimile transmissions do not provide a good source for artwork. Artwork costs are charged to convert your supplied artwork to relevant format or digitised required to product your promotional item. If you cannot supply artwork, then this is categorised as artwork design and is an additional charge to the artwork costs.

BenJac can design your product print for you, simply supply all the fonts (wording), any photographs, pictures etc. Most simple designs take only 30 to 60 minutes to complete.

All artwork is sent back to you for final approval before commencement of printing.

Pantone Colours

Screen print and Pad print colours can be mixed to suit your company/ club/ business/ event logo colour (please supply Pantone™ spot colour number if colour matching is required).

  • Lines should be above 0.3mm, due to product surface (coarse, open fabric).
  • Maximum two colour print.
Photo Transfers Artwork Requirements
  • Original color or black & white photographs, slides or negatives.
  • Photo-paint type files on disc or e-mail. Corel Draw V9.0 or less is preferred.
Stubby Cooler Artwork Requirements
  • Artwork can be supplied on disc (P.C. format) in Corel Draw V9 or less as .tiff.
  • Facsimile transmissions do not provide a good source for artwork and will not be accepted.
  • we are able to design your product print for you. simply supply all of the fonts (wording), any photographs, pictures etc. Our artwork charge is a very reasonable AUD$60.00 per hour. Most simple designs take only 20 minutes to completed.
  • All costs associated with artwork production are a low fee of AUD$30.00
  • All artwork is sent back to you for final approval before commencement of printing.

Plastisol Transfers Artwork Requirements

Original full colour company/club/business/event logo printed on plain white paper, separated into colour layers. Computer graphic to be supplied on CD or e-mail. Corel Draw V9.0 or less.
